This year’s conference will focus on Talent Management as an integration of systems to Acquire, Assess, Develop, and Retain the best of the best talent. While the economy has slowed the migration of larger number of baby boomers out of the workforce, the challenge remains eminent.
This conference will focus on strategies to link systems together as a means of ensuring adequate numbers of skilled workers to meet any businesses future needs.
