PLS Consulting Annual Talent Management Conference

PLS Consulting is a nationally recognized provider of Talent Management solutions. PLS Consulting sponsors an annual conference every spring which is attended by Human Resource Vice Presidents, and Directors; primarily from the U.S., with some international attendees. The common element is that all those attending are responsible for acquiring, developing and retaining Talent.
This conference provides a forum for participants to learn from expert practitioners in both public and private sector environments. Our featured presenter is William J. Rothwell who is the nations’ leading researcher on Succession Planning and Talent Management.
PLS Consulting is soliciting proposals for presentations on the following topics for our Annual Talent Management Conference:
- Workforce Analysis
- Recruitment and Selection
- Developing Talent
- Retention and Engagement
- Knowledge Transfer

Qualifications: We are looking for experienced H.R. practitioners who have demonstrated success in the field of Talent Management. Experience presenting at regional and national conferences is required. Preference will be given to those who have successfully designed, developed and implemented talent management processes in multiple business settings. Industry credentials such as PHR, SPHR, or other relevant credentials are highly desirable.
Deadline for submissions is October 10, 2008. Notification of acceptance will be made no later than October 31, 2008.
Covered Expenses: Transportation, hotel and meals will be reimbursed. This package includes complimentary registration for the conference and includes all conference materials.
